Architecture decision records
Significant decisions are recorded here in the lightweight ADR format: context, decision, consequences. A new ADR is added when a decision changes the shape of the framework; an existing ADR is never edited after acceptance, it is superseded by a new one. The one exception is a cross reference: a link to the later ADR that details or supersedes a point may be added to an accepted ADR, its text does not change otherwise.
